Physical Activity – is the movement that happens during everyday life.

BE ACTIVE
Exercise – is intentional movement designed to put your body under a “good” type of stress to change or maintain your physical fitness level.
  • Running
  • Group exercise class
  • Crossfit
  • Lifting weights
  • Kickboxing
  • High intensity interval training

Watch your numbers improve!

You will start to feel better when you increase your physical activity and add exercise into your routine. Measure your improvement in your weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate and BMI. Live by these numbers! They show your overall health. Check them regularly to keep moving towards your goals.
